Dear Readers “I believe my poetry and fine art book speaks to a vast majority of people. It is simple, it is heartfelt, and it is easy to read. Follow Your Heart Poetry book is filled with beautiful things, life adventure and special moments shared with amazing human beings. The thought of my book living in libraries, museums, galleries, stores and electronic readers (near all my favorite poets, authors and artists) makes my heart sing! I am sharing my version of poetry with the world hoping to invoke (sweet or bittersweet) memories and life experiences that sit there inside us just below the surface. I am hopeful to encourage others to care for themselves and to follow their hearts. I had the good fortune of growing up part of a large Italian and French family in the Pacific Northwest. My passion for art and my sense that the world has much to teach us through living life outside our own backyards has provided me the opportunity to experience many countries and cultures around the globe. I was so excited to receive my copy of this book. It is a wonderful work of art, both verbal and visual, which is very easy to relate too. While the poems and stories told are personal to the author, I felt connected and in touch with the ideas and thoughts shared. The artwork is truly breath-taking! I would love to have a piece of her art on my wall!
If you are looking for a beautiful coffee table book, gift or special thank you-buy this book. I was impressed by the beautiful & whimsical art combined with the touching and universal poetry. It really speaks to the heart and it's stunning! I purchased a few and love wrapping them up and giving them to the people I adore.

I thoroughly enjoyed the creatives works in the volume, both the poetry and the paintings. I was pleasantly entranced by Rochelle's works, and grew to really appreciate her simplicity of message enjoy and appreciate the simple, good things in life, and follow your own heart in all you decide to do. I truly get the impression that the author herself lives her life in the manner of her artwork and poetry, and her works resonate for that reason.

I live in Humboldt County, CA. I just recently took a big step getting Cochlear Implant done on my right ear in October 2009 & activation in November 2009. I had to go down to Palo Alto, CA many times before and after the surgery. I had the time to look around & I found my favorite Gift Shop which was "Astor". I loved going there every time I am down there for my appointment, the shop's interior designs is always different every time. I loved how creative it was and loved all these beautiful items. The last time I was there was in Feb. 2010 & that time I already had a connection with the lady who owns the shop. I wanted to buy something to remember my time being there and the challenging step I took on Cochlear Implant. I found this book "Follow Your Heart" poetry & Oh it speaks to my heart. I am very much into poetry. This book is SO beautiful that I definitely had to buy it! It really helped me remember my life message and it is very special. I really recommend those who is into poetry, arts or need a uplifting encouragement in their life should BUY this! I gotten to met the author on Facebook & she is an amazing person! I will remember this moment forever! )
As the author's husband I have a particularly close view of the history of this book. Rochelle started writing poetry for our children and family. Poems that would capture a moment, a memory, a special event or visit. The poems became part of our family history as narration in photo albums, and gifts of creativity. Over time she developed notebooks of poems written and enhanced over years. Each poem brought smiles, tears, memories, and an incredible sense of Rochelle's talent as a writer.
